The hard conversations, handled properly.
Restructuring, terminations, harassment complaints, and the policies that should have prevented them. Twenty-two years inside Quebec workplaces, on both sides of the table.
What I do
Four engagements, in the order most clients need them.
Most people arrive at number two, in a hurry. It usually turns out they needed number one eighteen months ago.
- 01 Policy & handbook review What your documents actually say, what Quebec law requires them to say, and the gap between the two. Delivered as a marked-up document, not a report you will not read.
- 02 Investigations Harassment and misconduct complaints, handled by someone outside your organization. Documented to a standard that holds up if it ever has to.
- 03 Restructuring & terminations Planning the sequence, writing the scripts, sitting in the room if you want me there. The goal is that people leave with their dignity and you leave without a claim.
- 04 Manager training Half-day sessions for the people who have the conversations. In French, English, or both in the same room, which is usually what Montreal actually needs.
Who you would be working with
Twenty-two years, most of them in rooms nobody wanted to be in.
I spent fourteen years in-house (manufacturing, then two hospital networks) and the last eight consulting. I have written the policy and I have been the one holding it when it failed. That is the whole reason clients call.

Free guide
The termination conversation, scripted.
Nine pages: what to say, what never to say, who should be in the room, and the four documents to have ready before you book it. Written for Quebec.
No list, no sequence. One email with the PDF.
Next step
Thirty minutes, no charge.
Tell me what is happening. If I can help, I will say how and what it costs. If you need a lawyer instead of a consultant, I will say that too. It happens perhaps once a month.
