My name is Pierre Runald Fevrier. I'm originally from Petion-Ville, Haiti, and I'm currently based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For the past five years, I've been working with international clients as a virtual assistant and project manager.
In those five years, I noticed something I couldn't unsee. The most talented entrepreneurs I knew, my friends, my family, people in my community, were running real businesses with real expertise. But online? Most of them were nearly invisible.
Meanwhile, I was helping international clients in the US and Canada build beautiful brands and clean systems. They had the budget, the team, the polish. And our entrepreneurs back home? They had the talent. They just didn't have the support.
That gap, between what our people deserve and what they actually have, is what gave me the push to build Adsvio.
