Who it’s for

Make your local business easier to find and choose.

Customers should be able to check your services, see your work and book or contact you without piecing together three different profiles. We help local businesses connect those steps, starting with what is missing today.

If this sounds like your week

The business runs on regulars and word of mouth, and it works, most days. But you know the new place that opened last year is busier than it should be, and you know a lot of people who should have found you never did. You have been meaning to sort the website out for two years. You are also working ten hours a day, so it stays on the list.

What customers need before they visit

A restaurant customer may need the menu and ordering link. A salon customer may want the right service, price guidance and appointment options. A shop visitor needs opening hours and a clear location. The online presence should answer the question that comes before the visit.

Connect search, proof and booking

An eligible Google Business Profile helps explain the business in Search and Maps. Your website holds the detail. Real photos, honest reviews and useful social content help people judge the fit.

We check the journey from discovery to action: whether the hours agree, whether the menu or service page opens on a phone, and whether the booking or WhatsApp link reaches the right place.

Keep what works and fix the gaps

You may need a new site, or you may need a clearer service page and a repaired contact path. Your Visibility Score reviews website quality, search visibility, social presence, trust and the customer journey before we recommend a paid scope.

Different businesses need different paths

A traveling team needs service coverage and quote requests: see home services and contractors. A practice needs clear expertise and consultation information: see professional services. We also support South Florida businesses remotely.

Language choices follow the customers you need to reach. English, French, Spanish and Kreyòl support can be discussed in the scope, alongside a contact route your team can reliably manage.

What changes

What is different 45 days later.

Concrete changes, in the order they usually show up.

Your information becomes clearer

Accurate profile and website information give customers a clearer picture of your services. Search visibility varies and is reviewed separately from project delivery.

Reviews start arriving on purpose

Because someone finally asks, at the right moment, with a link that takes one tap. Customers can share genuine feedback through a consistent, neutral process.

Booking gets easier than calling

A tap-to-book or tap-to-WhatsApp button on the map, the site and the counter QR code. Fewer missed calls, fewer voicemails you never return.

The part you are worried about

Four things owners say on the first call.

“I am already busy. I do not need more customers.”

Fair, and worth taking seriously. But busy is not the same as full, and it is not the same as protected. The place that opened last year is going to keep growing, and the customers it takes are the ones who never knew you existed.

The other thing this fixes is the type of customer. Published prices and clear services filter out the enquiries that waste your time before they reach you.

“All my customers come by word of mouth.”

Then the same thing applies as for consultants: the person who was told about you is looking you up before they walk in. What they find either confirms the recommendation or quietly weakens it.

Word of mouth also has a ceiling: it only reaches as far as your existing customers’ circles. Useful search information gives people outside that circle another way to discover you.

“I do not have time for this.”

Two hours a week, across the 45 days. One kickoff call, one short review each week, and answering questions when we have them.

We write the copy, build the site, set up the profile and produce the first month of content. If it is taking you more than that, we have built it wrong.

“I tried an agency before and they disappeared.”

We hear this more than anything else, and it is why the whole offer is shaped the way it is. Fixed price agreed before we start, a fixed 45 days, and something to look at every single week.

If we miss that date for any reason on our end, we keep working at no additional cost until it is live. That is the only answer to this objection that means anything.

Questions

Questions from local businesses.

I do not have a website. Where do we start?

We review how customers currently find and contact you. Then we prioritize the profile, website or content work that fits your business, rather than assuming everything needs to be built at once.

Can customers book or order through the site?

We can connect an appropriate booking, ordering or contact path. The scope confirms the tool, any third-party fees and who receives the inquiry. We check the journey before launch.

Can you work in Spanish or Kreyòl?

Yes. We can work in English, French, Spanish or Kreyòl. We agree which language or languages your customers need and include that in the scope.

Do I have to pay every month?

The 45-day foundation is a one-time project. Ongoing social management or support is optional. Your quote explains the project price and any recurring third-party costs.
