What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Written so you can actually find the answer you came for.
Last updated
We collect what you type into our forms and, only if you accept cookies, anonymous data about which pages get read. We never sell anything to anyone. You can have it all deleted by asking, and we will do it within 45 days.
Who we are
This site is operated by Adsvio Agency, a sole proprietorship registered in the Dominican Republic. For data protection purposes, Pierre Runald Février is the data controller.

We do not publish an email address anywhere on this site, because published addresses get scraped and buried in spam. Every route to reach us, including for the data requests described below, is on the contact page. If you need our full registered address for a formal notice, ask through the form and we will send it.
What we collect
Three things, and nothing else.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| What you type into a form Name, business name, email, what you need, where you are, your message |
Only when you submit the contact form or ask for the checklist | To reply to you, and to send the thing you asked for |
| Anonymous usage data Pages viewed, buttons clicked, roughly where in the world you are, what device |
Only if you accept cookies | To see which pages are useful and which are wasting your time |
| Server logs IP address, browser, the page requested, the time |
Every request, automatically, by our host | Security and keeping the site running. This is not optional for any website |
We do not ask for and do not want: your date of birth, your address, payment card details, or anything about your health, politics, religion or ethnicity. If you type something like that into the message box, please do not.
Cookies, and how to say no
A cookie banner appears the first time you visit. Nothing that tracks you loads until you press Accept. Declining and ignoring the banner produce the same result: no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookies except the single one that records your choice so we stop asking.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| adsvio_consent | Us | Remembers whether you accepted or declined. Strictly necessary: it is how we honour your answer | 1 year |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visits and pages. Only set if you accept | Up to 2 years |
| _fbp | Meta | Measures whether an ad led to an enquiry. Only set if you accept | 3 months |
| adsvio_checklist_seen adsvio_offer_region | Us | Stops the download offer repeating, and remembers which region's prices you asked for. Stored in your browser only and never sent to us | 14 days / the session |
You can change your mind at any time: there is a link in the footer of every page, and it is as easy to withdraw consent as it was to give it.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of outside services. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, and we never will.
| Service | What it handles | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts the site and receives form submissions | netlify.com/privacy |
| Google Analytics | Anonymous usage data, only with consent. IP anonymisation is on | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Meta | Advertising measurement, only with consent | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| TidyCal | Booking. If you book a call, they get your name, email and the time | tidycal.com/privacy |
| WhatsApp / Meta | If you message us, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under their terms | whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy |
Where your data goes
We are based in the Dominican Republic. Our host and the services above operate servers in the United States and the European Union. If you are in the EU or the UK, this means your data may be transferred outside your region.
The providers we use rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision for those transfers. We have chosen providers that do, rather than the cheapest available.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not become work: 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: 7 years after the last invoice, because tax authorities require it.
- Checklist and newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
- Analytics: 14 months, which is Google Analytics' shortest retention setting, and we use it.
- Server logs: as long as our host keeps them, typically 30 days.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to do all of the following, and we will, free of charge, within 45 days:
- See it. A copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct it. Fix anything wrong.
- Delete it. Remove it entirely, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Take it elsewhere. A machine-readable copy you can hand to somebody else.
- Stop us. Object to a use, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
If you are in the EU or the UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and our lawful bases are consent (for analytics and marketing email), contract (for delivering work you have engaged us for) and legitimate interest (for replying to an enquiry you sent us). You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
If you are in Quebec, Law 25 gives you equivalent rights, including the right to know when a decision about you was made by automated means. We do not make automated decisions about anyone.
To exercise any of this, use the contact form and say what you want. You do not have to explain why.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to Pierre and any specialist actively working on your project, and those specialists are under confidentiality terms.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, if the change affects how we use data you already gave us, ask for your consent again through the banner.
Something here not clear?
Ask. We would rather rewrite a confusing paragraph than have you guess what it means.
