Local SEO

Local SEO for small business, without the monthly mystery.

When someone searches for your service, they need to understand what you do, where you work and how to contact you. We review the website, business information and customer journey together, then fix the gaps that matter.

The short version

Local SEO connects a readable website, accurate business information and genuine public proof. Adsvio scopes the foundation after your Visibility Score. Google rankings depend on multiple factors, and the 45-day delivery framework is not a ranking deadline.

Local SEO starts with useful, accurate information

Describe the services you actually provide and the places you genuinely serve. Give each important service enough detail to help a customer decide. Make the phone number, quote request or booking path easy to find on a small screen.

Website pages and business profiles do different jobs

Your website explains the work in depth. An eligible Google Business Profile can support discovery in Search and Maps. Neither is a promise of a particular position. Google describes local results in terms of relevance, distance and prominence.

Service areas that reflect how you work

A contractor who visits customers needs to explain coverage and the jobs the team accepts. A practice with appointments needs accurate contact details and a useful service page. We do not create fictional offices or repeat the same page under a list of city names.

Reviews and consistent contact information

Help customers leave honest feedback and correct outdated contact details where you control them. Keep distinct contact channels clearly labelled. The goal is that people can reach the right business and judge real experience, not that every page repeats a keyword.

What about AI search?

The same useful service information should be accessible to search engines and readable without special interaction. We check crawl access, page structure, descriptive metadata, internal links and structured data that agrees with the visible page. These improve the foundation for discovery; they cannot guarantee that an AI answer cites or recommends a business.

Google's guidance for its AI search features points back to established search practices. There is no special markup that buys inclusion.

What happens after the initial work?

Business details, services and customer questions change. Search Console data can reveal pages that need clearer answers or technical follow-up. We distinguish the initial fixes from any ongoing content or maintenance work, so the next recommendation has a purpose.

What’s included

What gets set up.

The agreed foundation is delivered through the 45-day process. Accurate information, genuine reviews and useful content need attention after launch.

  • Google Business Profile, done properlyEligibility, ownership, categories and information reviewed. We support owner verification when required; Google controls verification and visibility.
  • Consistent listingsBusiness identity and contact channels reviewed across the relevant listings. Suspected duplicates are investigated before any merge or removal request.
  • A page per serviceRather than one page listing everything. Each one can rank for its own search, which is how a small site competes with a bigger one.
  • Titles, descriptions and structured dataWritten for what people type, not stuffed with keywords. Structured data so your hours, location, services and prices can be read directly.
  • Speed and mobilePerformance and mobile contact paths checked on representative pages. Actual loading time depends on content, connection and device.
  • Local language in the copyYour city and neighbourhood written into the copy where it belongs. And in more than one language when your customers search in more than one.
  • A review generation systemThe message, the timing, the QR code and the link. This is the part that compounds after we are gone, so we set it up to run without us.
  • Tracking that answers the questionSearch Console and analytics connected, so you can see what people searched to find you, rather than a report about impressions.

What it costs

Included, not a retainer.

The initial search work is scoped as part of your foundation. We distinguish those fixes from any ongoing content, monitoring or maintenance needs.

The Storefront Launch One fixed price

Local business · agreed after your free audit.

The Authority Launch One fixed price

Coach or consultant · agreed after your free audit.

See every deliverable

All of the above is included in your agreed scope at no separate cost. There is no local SEO retainer on our price list, and that is deliberate. If you want ongoing work after launch, the honest options are content and social (which genuinely need doing every month) or paid ads. We would rather sell you those than invoice you monthly for a ranking report you would not read.

Questions

Questions about local search.

How long does local SEO take?

Implementation and search results run on different timelines. We deliver the agreed foundation through the 45-day process, then use available search data to monitor discovery and inquiries. No fixed date or position is guaranteed.

Do I need a blog to appear in local search?

Start with accurate business information and useful service pages. Add articles when they answer a real customer question that the service page cannot cover well. Publishing more pages is not a goal by itself.

Why does a competitor appear above me?

Distance, relevance and prominence can all affect local results. The searcher and query matter too. We review the actual comparison rather than assuming one missing field or a review count explains it.

Can you help outside the Dominican Republic?

Yes. Adsvio works remotely with businesses in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. We confirm the market, language, available platforms and scope during the audit.
